BASIC PACKAGE: 4 Classes in a month - $65
EXTENDED PACKAGE: 8 classes in a month - $105
FREQUENT PACKAGE: 12 classes in a month - $145
FREE FLOW PACKAGE: Unlimited classes - $180
FREE FLOW FAMILY BASIC: Shared/Family Pass (16 classes in a month) - $180
FREE FLOW FAMILY: Shared/Family Pass (Unlimited classes) - $250 (pricing applies to a family of 4, $20 will be added for each add'l family member)

Don't live in the Area? Irregular schedule? Committment issues? But you would like to take classes or attend open gym on a semi-regular basis? We have packages for you! If you are not a member (ie signed up for any of the above monthly membership packages), you'll need to pay a one time membership fee of $49 (sorry about that... but we need to insure you).
PRE-PAID OPEN GYM PASS: Purchase any amount of open gyms and use them whenever you want! - $50 (10 HOURS of Open gym)
PRE-PAID CLASS PASS: Purchase any amount of classes and use them whenever you want! - $82 (5 Classes) Currently, these passes are good for 6 months! You get UNLIMITED Open Gyms until you use up your class pass, or until it expires!

Children's Open gym (Ages 5-12): FREE for members or $10/hr for non-members
Adult Open gym (13 and older): FREE for members or $10/hr for non-members
SWAP AND PLAY PASS: $20/month per family. FREE FLOW is proud to announce a partnership with peace. love. swap.
Enjoy a 1.5 hour swap and play session on Tuesdays and Thursdays of every week for a low monthly membership fee of $20 per month per family. Swap and Play sessions include 1.5 hours of open gym for the whole family and swapping a gently used children's toy.
Bring your little one(s) for the ultimate playdate, while teaching them valuable lessons, such as sharing, resourcefulness, and living "green". Find out more details by clicking HERE.
PRESCHOOL PACKAGE: $185 - $215/Month FREE FLOW is currently taking Fall Enrollments. 50% deposit is required to hold spot. If you would like to add a class, it's only $215! Have twins or multiples? Awesome! We understand that you might need a break on the price, so email us to find out special rates for families with multiples.
Nursery (Ages 0-5): $3/child/per hour for members only. You have to be working out or in a class in order for your child to participate in nursery. We provide learning games, toys, crafts, and activities for your child while you train, but you will need to change diapers if needed and also take your child if they are crying excessively. Absolutely no children with signs of illness will be admitted to nursery. A child cannot be in nursery for longer than 3 hours in a single day.
Registration Fee: $0 We decided registration fees are lame and we don't want them. Unless you buy the pre-paid passes. Sorry.
Trial Classes: Try out any 1 class you like for FREE. If you would like to try out another class in another dept. it's considered a drop in.
Military/Law Enforcement/Fire Fighter's Discount: You folks are the REAL superheroes and as a token of our appreciation we offer 15% off any package you purchase for you and your family.
